STEP 1 a) Lay Drawer Left & Right Panels (7 & 8), Drawer Support Rail {10), Center Support Rail (4}, and Back Support Rail {5} as shown on a material that does not scratch or damage the parts. Next, identify the designated holes for wood dowel on each part. b) Apply a small amount of Glue (Q) into the designated hole and insert Wood Dowel (E). Use a mallet fo tap in wood dowel, if necessary.
STEP 2 a)Lay Side Panels (1}, Top Panel (2), Bottom Panel (3) and Drawer Front Panels (6} with the groove side facing up as show non a material that does not scratch or damage the parts. Next, identify the designated holes for Cam-bolt (H) on each part. b} Place Cam-bolt {H) on the designated hole and use a Phillips Screwdriver to screw-in Cam bolt. Refer to page 4 for instructions on tightening cam-bolts.
STEP 3 Step 3A (Refer to Drawing 3A} Attach Drawer Left & Right Panels Drawer Back Panel as shown note the groove on each panel is at the bottom. Use Phillips Screwdriver to drive Screw (C) to fasten side panels to back panel. Do not tighten screws completely until both screws are in place on each panel. Attach Drawer Support Rail {10) from STEP 1 to via Wood Dowels on {10).
STEP 4 a)Place drawer on its side. Locate pilot holes on Drawer Left & Right Panels {7 & 8) for fastening Glide Runner(72). b)Position 72 to align the round screw holes on 72 (refer to enlarged drawing) to the pilot holes c)Use Screw {A) to fasten 22 to the Drawer Left & Right Panels. Use a Phillips Screwdriver to drive (A). Do not tighten {A) completely until all 3 screws are in place.
STEP 5 a)Place Side Panel (1) with inside-face facing up as shown on a material that does not scratch or damage the part. b) Locate pilot holes on (1} for fastening Glide Track (Z1). c) Position Z1 to align the designated screw holes on Z1 (refer to enlarged drawing) to the pilot holes on (1). Note: the front & rear of Z1 has to be aligned with front and back of the Side Panel. d)Use Screw (A} fo fasten 71 to the Side Panel. Use a Phillips Screwdriver to drive (A).
STEP 6 a)Lay Drawer Top & Bottom Panels (2 & 3) with the inside-face facing up as shown on a material that does not scratch or damage the parts. b} Insert one end of Angle Cam-bolt (G} into each hole on the edge of the panels.
STEP 7 a)Position a piece of Side Panel (1), from STEP 5, with the groove edge at the bottom as shown on a material that doses not scratch the bottom edge. Next, apply a small amount of Glue [Q) info each hole near the bottom comer and beside the cam-bolt. b) Attach Back Support Rail {5} from STEP 1 to Side Panel via Cam-bolt and Wood Dowel as shown. Check that the edge of {5) with groove are facing inwards and forwards each other.
STEP 8 a)Fit Back Pane! (12} between Back Support Rails {5) by inserting the horizontal edges of (12} into the groove on {5). Check that the vertical edge of (12) is 'Inserted into the groove on the existing Side Panel (1). a)Position the Side (Right} Panel (1), from STEP 5, to minor the installed Side Panel. b) Apply a small amount of Glue {Q) into each hole near the bottom comer and beside the com bolt, and into the hole above the cam-bolt at the center and near the top edge of Panel.
STEP 10 a)Align Top Pane! (2) to Side Panels (1) as shown. Next, apply a small of Glue (Q) into the designated holes for Wood Dowels on (2). b)Firmly attach (2) to (1) via Angle Cam-bolt and Wood Dowels c)Insert Cam-lock (J) into designated holes on inside-face of (1), then turn clockwise to lock onto cam-bolt. d)Use the procedures above to install Bottom Panel (3).
STEP 11 a)Position each Metal Leg (M) to align the screw holes on each leg to the pilaf holes at Bottom Panel {3) as shown. Note: the angled V-shape of the leg faces inward. b)Use a Phillips Screwdriver to drive Screw (D} fo fasten each leg to Bottom Panel. Do not tighten screws completely until both screws are in place on each leg. c)Position the assembly right-side up after all the of the legs are installed.
