1. Attach the shade to the shade holder cup,
then fasten the screws clockwise into to the cup.
2. Screw the bulb(H) clockwise into the socket.
3. The lamp is completed.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one
blade is wider than the other) as a feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit
in a polarized outlet onl

ne way. If the plug does
not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never
use with an extension cord unless plug can be
fully inserted. DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG.
GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION:

BULB TYPE:
Type T vintage bulb(included)
1. Remove all parts and lay on a flat surface.
2. Screw the pole(B) clockwise into the base(A).
3. Screw the pole(C) clockwise into the pole(B).
4. Screw the pole(D) clockwise into the
pole(C).You may need to pull excess cord gently
through the poles and through Point L so
that these two parts fit.
5. Fasten the screw(E) clockwise with allen
wrenth(F).
