NOTE: The engine will not start unless the lanyard is engaged with the stop
switch.

Attach the lanyard to the stop switch. Refer to General Information ‑
Lanyard Stop Switch.

5. Starting procedure when using the internal fuel tank for fuel:

Open the fuel cap vent on the internal fuel tank.
b. Move the fuel valve to the "ON" (open) position.
