6. Open the fuel tank valve.
a - RPF fuel hose (to engine)
b - Open fuel tank valve
7. Position the throttle grip to the START position.

8. If the engine is cold, completely pull out the choke. Push the choke in
halfway as the engine is warming up. Push in completely after the engine
is warmed up.
a - Choke
NOTE: Starting a flooded engine ‑ Push in the choke knob. Wait 30 seconds.
Then continue to crank the engine for starting.
