Warning: Use massager only as indicated. Do not use
massager for any other body areas.
1. Charge using the provided USB cable and unplug
when fully charged.
2. Secure the rubber charging port cover.
3. Remove any electronic items or jewelry you are wearing.
4. Using a clean, damp towel, moisten the sides and
back of your neck.
5. Place the massager around your neck. Make sure
the TENS pads are in full contact with your skin.
6. Turn on the massager by pressing the power button.
A tone will be heard when massager is turns on.
7. Find your comfort level. Press the [+] button to
increase massage intensity and the [-] button to
decrease massage intensity.
Note: Massager will turn off if left at the lowest
setting.
8. Press the [M] button to toggle through the 3
massage modes.
Note: changing modes resets massage intensity to
lowest level.
9. Press the button to turn heat on and press the
button to turn heat off.
10. Press and hold the [-] button turn off sound cues.
Press and hold the [+] button to turn on sound cues.
11. Use for up to 15 minutes at a time but no more than
30 minutes per day.
