Installation Instructions

First, lay out the 36” round table, measure, and draw a
mark in the center of the table. Then draw a vertical
line from the top edge of the table to the bottom using
the mark as the center point. Repeat this step to make
a horizontal line.
STEP 1: Mark & Measure
Starting from the center, mark every 3” before drawing a
line through each corresponding mark from one edge of the
table to the opposite edge. Next, starting from the center
point, apply post-it notes to the table in a checkers board
pattern using the lines as guides. Afterwards, ensure that all
of the post-it notes are laying in the same direction before
taping down the outside edges.
STEP 2: Apply Post-It notes
Next, paint the table in the same direction that the
post-it notes are laying. Once this is complete, allow
the paint dry before removing the painting tape and
post-it notes.
STEP 3: Paint
Apply two or three coats of polycrylic to the entire surface of
the table.
STEP 4: Polycrylic
Measure 3/4" checkers piece disks from the 2” dowel, cut a
total of 24 disks, and sand the edges.
STEP 5: Cut Checkers Pieces
