Pre-drill the frame before assembling the top shelf onto the
upper length and side supports. Attach the top shelf with #8
2-1/2” screws, using two on each side to attach to each
support. The screws should be fastened from the bottom.
STEP 11: Attach Top Shelf
Assemble the bottom shelf onto the lower length and
side supports using #8 2-1/2” screws on each side to
attach to each support. The screws should be fastened
from the bottom.
Glue the tips of the dowel rods and place them into the
length supports. Be sure to rst slide one end in all the way
before placing the other end into the opposite hole.
STEP 13: Attach Dowels
Drill a 1/2” hole in the center of the bottom of each leg and
install the casters with a rubber mallet. Your bar cart is now
complete!
