Assembly Instructions

On the 1/4 x 4 x 4 ACX Handi-Panel plywood, measure
and mark 43-1/2" and 33-1/2", corresponding with
the measurements taken in the previous step. Use a
level to help make your marks and cuts straight. Cut
using a circular saw.
Flip the entire frame assembly over and place the plywood
ush on the bottom of the frame.
STEP 23: Place Plywood
Attach the plywood base by drilling it into the bottom
frame with 1-1/4" screws using the pilot holes made in
the previous step.
STEP 25: Attach Plywood
Sand the entire frame and base using a power sander
equipped with 220-grit sandpaper.
STEP 26: Sand
With the 1/8" drill bit, drill pilot holes evenly spaced along
outer edge of plywood and into the outside frame.
