Assembly Instructions

Take the two 10" boards and place them on the 32" board
ends of the second frame so that the ends are ush.
Drill two pilot holes through both 10" boards. The pilot holes
should be 1-1/2" vertically apart from each other where the
boards meet with the 32" board ends.
STEP 13: Drill Pilot Holes
Measure and mark all eight of the 11-1/4" boards at 2",
5-1/2", 7-1/2", and 11" to be used as guidelines when
clamping the two frames together. Use a speed square to
mark lines where indicated.
STEP 15: Measure and Mark 11-1/4"
Using the pilot holes made in the previous step, screw on
the two 10" boards with 2-1/4" screws. The second frame
should now be a rectangle, but with a gap of 23-1/2" in
between the two 10" boards.
STEP 14: Attach 10" Boards
STEP 12: Lay Out 10" Boards
Measure 3-1/2" out from each corner of both frames for a
guide to place the 11-1/4" boards. Place the boards on the
back, sides, and front so that they are 1/4" longer than the
bottom (they will stick up 2" from the top). Make sure there
is a 2" gap between the two frames.
