Assembly Instructions
Sand the board using a 150-grit sanding sponge. Wipe
the board clean with a tack cloth before proceeding to
the next grit level. Sand the board using a 220-grit
sanding sponge. Wipe away all the sanding dust with a
tack cloth before applying stain.
STEP 3: Sand
Apply the wood stain of your choice to the board with a
polyester trim paint brush. Stir the wood stain with a stir
stick before applying. Wipe the excess stain away with
cleaning rags and let dry before proceeding.
STEP 4: Apply Wood Stain
Space out two rows of hooks on the board. The hooks
should be spaced out 6 inches apart from each other.
Mark the locations of the holes with a pencil.
STEP 6: Measure & Mark for Mug Hooks
Pre-drill holes where marked in the previous step.
STEP 7: Pre-Drill Holes for Mug Hooks
Apply two to three coats of polyurethane to the board. Stir
the polyurethane with a stir stick before applying. Let dry
before proceeding to the next step.
