Apply wood glue along the length of each pine wood board.
Attach the railing boards across the length of the plywood
panels with the wood glue. Clamp down the rails. Do this for
all six rails, three on each 36" side panel.
Using wood screws and a hand drill, screw three 15 1/2" rails
into each 36" panel to secure them further. Make sure to wipe
off any excess wood glue after pieces are screwed together.

Screw the wire baskets to the outside of the sorter.

Stand the sorter on its top and measure 1" in from the
corners on the bottom panel. Screw the casters into place in
all four corners.
STEP 12: attach caster
Screw the 27-1/2" top panel to one end of the 36" side
panels and the 26" bottom panel to the other end. Attach
the 27-3/8" x 35-3/4" remaining plywood back panel to the
back side of the sorter box.
