Assembly Instructions

Using a circular saw or miter saw, mark and cut the
rails out of the 1' x 3" x 6' pine boards. You should
have six boards at 15-1/2" length each.
STEP 3: cut pine-wood rails
Sand each board starting with 120-grit sandpaper and
progressing through ner grits. Use a tack cloth to wipe
away sanding dust between each grit of sandpaper.

Stir polyurethane with a stir stick and apply two to
three coats using a synthetic bristle brush. Make sure
to let the pieces dry completely between each coat.
STEP 6: apply polyurethane
On the 36" plywood panels mark lines for the pine wood
rails. From the bottom of each panel measure 10", 21", and
32" and make a pencil mark.
STEP 7: mark for rails
Stain each board with the wood stain of your choice. Stir the
wood stain with a stir stick before applying. Let the stain dry
according to the manufacturer's instructions before proceeding.
