IMPORTANT: Follow directions as overapplication may cause damage to your lawn. The condition of
your spreader and the speed at which you spread may cause dierences. For drop spreaders, overlap
the wheel tracks to insure complete coverage. A broadcast spreader should slightly overlap swathe
to insure proper coverage. Close spreader openings when filling, turning, or stopping. Do not apply
fertilizer by hand. Keep this product o sidewalks, patios, driveways, etc. This fertilizer contains iron
which will stain concrete and painted surfaces. If it comes in contact with concrete surface, sweep
o immediately before flushing with water. If concrete is wet when contact occurs, staining may be
impossible to prevent. Be careful when using rotary spreaders which scatter fertilizer beyond lawn
edge and onto concrete. It is not recommended to apply any fertilizer on extremely dry lawns when
the weather is unusually hot.

SHUT OFF WHILE TURNING
Apply evenly to lawn at a rate of 3.4 pounds per 1,000 sq ft using a properly
calibrated broadcast or drop spreader. This fertilizer may be applied to dry
or wet turf and a light watering after application will help activate the product
sooner. People and pets may enter the treated area once the turf has dried
again. Repeat applications can be made in 6-8 weeks. Avoid application in
moderate to high wind conditions to prevent drift and uneven distribution of
fertilizer. Do not apply this product during periods of drought or hot dry
conditions of 90 degrees or more. Do not apply near water, storm drains, or
drainage ditches. Do not apply if heavy rains are expected. Apply this
product only to your lawn and sweep any product that lands on the driveway,
sidewalk, or street, back onto your lawn.

Menards® Premium Fall Lawn Food 22-0-10 fertilizer is uniquely blended to
prepare your lawn for the stresses of the dormant winter season and also
help give it a jump start in the spring. Utilizing proven controlled-release
technology, this product gives your lawn a healthy, long-lasting deep
green. Upon application, nitrogen is released into the soil and will
continue to feed your lawn slowly and gently for over two months.
In addition, this product will help improve color and density, aid in disease
and stress resistance, and promote an overall healthier lawn.
While often overlooked, fall fertilizing is actually considered one of the
most important applications of the year in order to maintain the overall
health and beauty of your lawn.
Good cultural practices such as routine mowing and watering will also aid
in the overall health and appearance of your lawn.
