Your Memphis Wood Fire Grill represents a new way of outdoor cooking. It is a true high quality convecon oven
that also has grilling and smoking capability. It combines many unique features with me‐proven pellet‐burning
technology. Together they give you controlled, quick, savory and repeatable cooking results. The perfect cooking
experience starts with filling your hopper with all‐natural, 100% cerfied hardwood BBQ pellets. We recommend
“Natures Way” flavored BBQ pellets.
Simply pushing the ON Buon will fully ignite your grill. The grill will reach your desired temperature within minutes
of ignion. The ITC convecon system and automac auger feeds the wood pellets from the hopper into the burn
pot, where they are ignited using super‐heated air. The Intelligent Temperature Control allows you to set the
cooking method and desired temperature, and will adjust for ambient condions. Convecon/circulaon fan(s)
provide combuson air to the burn pot and provides convecve cooking air by distribung the heat evenly
throughout the cooking area. The natural smoke flavor produced by the burning pellets, the vapor produced by the
juices dripping on the Flavorizer, and the air circulang throughout the cooking area, combine to give you the
unique flavor that can only be achieved using a Memphis Wood Fire Convecon Grill. A video explaining this
