The ITC basically functions like the temperature control on your kitchen cooker. In addition, the ITC also has
the ability to automatically adjust to different ambient conditions. That means that you can cook outside in

The ITC is a precise temperature control that continually checks the grill temperature and keeps it
constant.
A temperature sensor monitors the cooking compartment and transmits that information to the ITC.
Based on the measured readings, the ITC makes adjustments to the combustion system as required.
For optimum performance, you should barbecue with the hood down and make sure that the sensor
is clean and exposed.
Give the ITC enough time to adjust to changes to the set temperature.
