q If the grill is no longer to be used, the mains plug should not be unplugged until the cooling phase is com-
plete.
q Do not place the protective cover over the grill until it has completely cooled down.
q Never cover over the entire cooking area when the grill is hot. Allow at least 5cm of space at the sides
and back of the grill casing.

Only unplug the mains plug from the power outlet socket if absolutely necessary. If you are barbecueing
especially fatty foods, before starting up the grill you should insert an aluminium tray to catch the fat.

wear a barbecue apron.

The RÖSLE Grill is not intended for installation
in/on caravans, motorhomes/camper vans or boats.
q Never line the cooking compartment with foil. This could prevent the fat from running out and result in
the fat collecting on the foil and starting to burn.
Instead, when using the indirect cooking method, you
should use drip trays to catch the juices running out of the meat.

q The grill should be thoroughly cleaned at regular intervals.
