(C) JP1 ROM BIOS selection (option)
Different types of Flash ROM can be used on the mainboard and they may have
different DV voltage requirement. Basically, the jumper setting is always made by
factory and you do not have to make any change on this jumper. Following is the
setting to select the voltage for the Flash ROM:

1-2 for +5V FLASH ROM
2-3 for +12V FLASH ROM
