Initialize Drive Parameters
This command allows the host to alter the number of sectors per track and the number of heads per cylinder. This
enables Translation Mode which maps the flash storage using the altered parameters. On Host Reset, the default is
32 Sectors per Track and 4 Heads per Cylinder. The current values used for mapping are returned in the Identify
Drive command as Number of Current Sectors per Track, and Number of Current Heads.
