10.2 Programming example for setpoint-dependent operation

An oven with fan has to heat up to 180°C in one hour, with the air flap closed and the
fan switched off;
 on reaching the set temperature it has to hold it for exactly 2 hours and 15 minutes,
with the fan running at 40% speed and the air flap closed;
 the oven then has to cool down to 80°C in 1 hour at maximum fan speed. The 80°C
temperature is then held, with the air flap open.
