10.1 Programming example

An oven with fan has to be heated to 100°C in one hour, with the air flap closed and
with the fan switched off;
 then the temperature has to be held for exactly 2 hours and 15 minutes, the fan has to
run at 60% speed and the air flap remains closed;
 the oven then cools down to 50°C in 1 hour, at maximum fan speed and with the air
flap 80% open
