Install two (2) new “AA” Alkaline batteries (not included) in the correct position as shown in rear battery compartment matching (+/-) markings. Unit will beep five (5) times. Unit will activate motor to reset it to the closed position. NOTE: Replace both batteries at beginning of season.

After installing batteries timer will go to timeset mode to set clock. SETUP NOTE: To reset clock, press SETUP, unit will beep two (2) times. Press © until TIMESET flashes. ACCEPT Press Accept ▼. 12-HOUR VS. 24-HOUR CLOCK Unit defaults to AM/PM (12-hour) mode, number “12” will flash. If 24-hour clock is desired, press ▲.
