Using the Bolus Wizard Calculator

If you decide to adjust the Bolus, use the
arrows to adjust, then press

administer the Bolus.
With the Bolus Wizard, you can:
Perform a
• Correction Bolus: enter
only blood glucose
Perform a
• Meal Bolus: enter only
the amount of carbohydrates
Combine both
• (meal + correction
Bolus): enter both blood glucose
and carb amounts
Example: blood glucose of 7.1
mmol/L and carbohydrates = 40 g
* The Bolus Wizard calculator will
subtract previously Bolused insulin
that is still working in your body to
help prevent hypoglycaemia.
