Caring for the LIFEPAK CR–T AED Trainer
CLEANING
Clean the Trainer, remote control, and the remote control cable by wiping surfaces with one of the
following:
• A lint-free, slightly damp cloth moistened with mild soap and water.
• A lint-free, slightly damp cloth moistened with denatured alcohol.
Observe the following precautions when cleaning:
• Do not immerse or soak the Trainer, remote control, or the cable.
• Do not use bleach, bleach dilution, or phenolic compounds.
• Do not steam or gas sterilize.
PRODUCT RECYCLING INFORMATION
Recycle the Trainer and its accessories at the end of their useful life.
Recycling Assistance
Items should be recycled according to national and local regulations. Contact your local Medtronic
representative for assistance.
Preparation
Items should be clean and contaminant-free prior to being recycled.
Recycling of Training Electrodes
After training electrodes have reached the end of their useful life, follow your local clinical procedures for
recycling.
Packaging
Packaging should be recycled according to national and local regulations.
