This section provides information on how to clean your Monitor. Make sure you have the following
items before you begin cleaning your Monitor:
• Clean cloths
• Clean water
• Mixture of clean water and mild liquid soap
Cleaning the Monitor
The following procedure describes how to clean your Monitor.
CAUTION: • Never place the Monitor directly in water.
• Never try to clean the inside of the Monitor.
• Use only a damp cloth and mild liquid soap to clean the Monitor.
• Never use organic solvents such as lighter fluid, nail polish remover, or
paint thinner to clean the Monitor.
• Never use lubricants of any kind to clean the Monitor.
To clean the Monitor:
1 Make sure the Monitor is unplugged from the power supply.
2 Dampen a clean cloth with mild liquid soap and warm water, and wipe the outside of the Monitor.
3 Dry the Monitor by wiping it with the dry part of the cloth.
