Solutions
• 50 ml. sterile 0.1M NaOH (0.4 grams NaOH per 100 ml of Sterile water for
injection) MMT-9005
• Seven (7) 10 ml vials, rinse buffer solution, MMT-2008
• Five (5) 10 ml vials, U-400 Insulin
The 0.1M of NaOH used in this procedure can
cause permanent eye damage. Safety glasses must
be worn during this procedure.
