5. Program a high rate bolus (approximately 20 units) and measure the
stroke volume over 20 pulses in the pipette.
6. Cancel the bolus at the end of the measurement.
7. Turn the stopcock back to the position shown in Figure 20 to close.
Remove the apparatus.
