How to Get Customers into Your Store

Retailers with brick and mortar locations can create true loyalty based on a total customer experience.
When you meet with people face-to-face you have a special opportunity to connect with them and establish
rapport. So how do you get them in the door?
Many retailers use direct mail campaigns, and others go out locally into the surrounding community to build
awareness. Also remember that your current customers are valuable resources. Make them aware of all the
products you carry. If they like shopping at your store, ask them to refer their friends.
