OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

OPENING / FOLDING THE ROLLATOR

Opening

Unfold the Medline Rollator by pushing down on the support rod (J) to spread apart the frame until

the folding brackets (D) are in full extension. Push the seat down into place.

Folding

Pull up on the seat. Locate folding strap and lift by strap.

CHECKING / ADJUSTING / OPERATING THE BRAKES

•

Before each use, check to make sure the brakes are working properly.

•

Pulling up on the brake handles

locks the wheels momentarily.

•

Pushing down on the brake handles

will lock the wheels in place.

To adjust the brakes

1. Hold the brake pad against the wheel,

2. Pull up on the cable.

3. Adjust locking nut to proper setting.

4. Release brake pad.

5. Retest and repeat as necessary for good brake function.
