Adding new users
You can create new users in the Users' Data window, which will automatically open with the first start
of the program. Later you should open this window by selecting Tools Menu / System Administrator
Tools / Users' Data. Only the system administrator has the right to open this window. Here you can set
the minimal length of the login password. By clicking on the Permission button you can grant access
rights to certain users or revoke them. If you click on the New user button, you can create a new user
in the appearing window.
In the New User window the data in bold are
mandatory to enter. If there is a tick next to Create
personal folder, the software will create a separate
folder in the database for the user. The name of the
user's own folder is their family name by default, but
it can be changed in the field at the bottom. If there is
a tick next to Create personal Demo, the software
will create a subfolder containing demo
measurements in the user's own folder. Through the
demo measurements the user can test the functions
view settings of the software.
