NOTE:
 The Medisign KT26 blood β-ketone test strips (for 10, 25 Tests or 50 Tests), the Medisign KT26 Check
Strip, and the Medisign KT26 Ketone Control Solution are required but NOT included and must be
purchased separately. For additional information of other accessories, please contact your supplier,
pharmacist, healthcare professional or Customer Service.
 The Test Strip may be provided with a foil packet for each or a vial for 10, 25 or 50 test strips.
