Therefore proceed as follows:

1. Press and hold the - b utton for at least five seconds,

until the heart beats (pulsating lights of the circles) get

2. Start the Apple unit. Touch onto the symbol „Settings“

to open the settings display.

After the initial light sequence your weight and body analysis values will be shown

in the display of the device. Additionally the circles will be lighted up , what

shows you the distance to your target weight.

The further the lighted circle is away from the center, the more your target weight

is apart from the real (measured) weight (inner circle = up to 1 kg, middle circle >

1 kg to 5 kg, outer circle > 5 kg).

GStep down from the scales. The scales switch off automatically after 5 seconds.

Measurement values, which are stored in the memory of the scales,

cannot be taken over to an Apple unit later on.

4.7 Connecting the scale with your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad

For using the TargetScale with your iPhone,

iPod touch or iPad you need to activate Bluetooth.
