Not all stations/no stations are found during
channel search.
Check whether digital TV programmes are being
transmitted in your area. There is not universal coverage
for the transmission of digital services.
The reception signal is too weak. Change the position of
the aerial.
Check the cable connection.
Check whether the correct country setting has been
entered when setting up the player software. If required,
carry out a new station search.
Use an external aerial and carry out a new station
search.
The screen becomes black or the image freezes.
The aerial signal is too weak. Change the position of the
aerial.
Images but no sound
Check the sound card settings. Is it possible that the
sound is switched off?
The remote control does not respond
The battery in the remote control is dead. Exchange it
for a battery of the same type.
The remote control will only function correctly within a
range of 5 metres.
Restart the computer.
