13. The Card Reader
Memory cards are media that are used, e.g. in the field of digital photography, and
are gradually replacing the diskette. The shape and capacity of a memory card
can vary depending on the manufacturer. Your Notebook supports the following
formats:
• microSD (Secure Digital), microSDHC, microSDXC
13.1. Inserting a Memory Card
 Insert the microSD into the card slot (15) on the tablet unit as shown below.
PLEASE NOTE!
The memory cards can only be inserted in one direction. Ensure that the
contacts of the microSD card are facing away from the display. Do not
use force to push in cards as this may damage them.
13.1.1. Removing Memory Cards
 To remove SD cards, first push these into the socket to release the safety catch.
 Now pull the card out of the slot and store it properly.
