TROUBLESHOOTING
The camera doesn’t switch on.
• The batteries are low. Insert fresh batteries.
• AC power adapter is not connected. Connect the power
adapter.
The camera powers down while in use.
• The batteries could be exhausted.
• The auto shut off function has activated because the
camera has been idle.
• Adapter plug is not connected securely.
Batteries drain quickly
• Camera has been used in low temperatures.
• Old and new or different battery types have been mixed
together.
Camera does not take photos when the shutter button
is pressed.
• The MMC/SD™ card is not inserted.
• The MMC/SD™ card has not been formatted.
• The MMC/SD™ card is full.
• The camera power is off.
