Problem May Be Caused By... Try This...
ALARM RECORD device
set to Printer instead of
recorder.
Open Hard Copy Setup
popup and make sure
Recorder is selected for
Alarm recording.
Certain events donβt record. ALARM RECORD is not
set on Alarm/Arr popup.
Set ALARM RECORD to
βONβ for event on
Alarm/Arr popup.
Touchscreen Errors
Problem May Be Caused By Try This...
Touchscreen is not
functioning or screen
response is inaccurate.
Touchscreen out of
calibration.
Reset central station and
calibrate touchscreen when
prompted during startup.
Touchscreen cable is loose
or disconnected.
Turn off all power to Base
and Display. Make sure all
connectors are snugly
fastened.
Turn power to Base and
Display back on; calibrate
touchscreen when
prompted.
