Solutions:
1 The music player cannot connect with smart phones by Bluetooth, please pay
attention to that.
2 There is bass, sorry that you are not satisfied with the sound quality, we will try

3 Please let me have a look at the music format you have, because the music player
only support formats in MP3, AAC, APE, FLAC, WMA, WAV.
16. The Bluetooth disconnects every minute. Worst product I ever purchased.
Solutions:
1 Please make sure the Bluetooth buds didn’t run out of power.
2 The source of interference is too strong. Bluetooth headsets operate on the 2.4g
frequency, which is also used by wifi routers, cordless phones and 2.4g mice. These
are all relatively strong sources of interference.
3 Bluetooth headset compatibility issues. Like some old Bluetooth headsets, when
used on other brands of mobile phones, they sometimes disconnect automatically.
This is a compatibility issue.
4 Try to disconnect the Bluetooth buds and repair, if it doesn’t help, please try
