If a product from B3C Fuel Solutions does not work as intended, your sole and exclusive remedy is a refund of your
purchase price up to MSRP, not including sales tax and shipping and handling charges. B3C is not liable for any
economic loss, direct, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages and B3C’s warranty does not apply
to commercial uses of the product. Each consumer is limited to one refund per household. B3C cannot and does not
assume any liability for damages caused by manufacturer’s defects, lack of maintenance, abuse or the use of the
wrong fuel, oil or lubricants. To claim your refund, mail this completed form to the address below with the original
dated store receipt and ocial proof of repair:
