Conforms to OSHA CFR 29 1910.1200 and aligns to the United Nations Globally Harmonized System
Contact with the product should not require first aid. Wash hands after handling. If direct contact with the swab
occurs, the following first aid should be administered.
Eye Contact: Flush eyes thoroughly with running water for several minutes. Get medical attention if irritation occurs
and persists.
Skin Contact: Wash with mild soap and water. Seek medical attention if irritation develops.
Inhaled: If dust is inhaled, remove to fresh air. Seek medical attention if irritation develops and persists.
Swallowed: If swallowed, do not induce vomiting unless directed by a medical professional. Rinse mouth with water
and drink 1-2 glasses of water. Seek medical attention.
Fire and Explosion Hazards: The product is not flammable or combustible. Product may burn under fire conditions
as an ordinary combustible.
Extinguishing Media: Use any media that is appropriate for the surrounding fire.
Special Fire Fighting Procedures: Firefighters should wear positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus and
full protective clothing for all fires involving chemicals. Loose media absorbs water and may cause surfaces to
become slippery.
Hazardous Combustion Products: Hydrogen cyanide, nitrogen oxides, carbon oxides.
Use appropriate protective clothing and equipment during clean-up. If Swab falls onto a clean surface, use of the swab
can still occur. If the swab falls onto a dirty/contaminated surface, dispose of the swab in accordance with local, state,
and federal laws.
