MECHA C2 User’s Guide v.02.8.6
© 2021 FANOTEC
321<
Shows the last part of the IP address, starting with a dot, like “.100“.
If “AAA“ is shown, MECHA is in AP mode, and the IP address is 192.168.8.1
If “!!!“ is shown, Wi-Fi is OFF.
If either “.0“ or “0.0.0.0“ is shown, MECHA is not in AP mode, nor does it have
an IP assigned. In this case, a restart, then pressing the
-
button 3
seconds when - + ≡ is shown on the display will enable the AP mode and
allow access to the web interface at 192.168.8.1
13< → BATERY PERCENTAGE
Shows the Battery voltage.
131313< → REBOOT
Reboots MECHA without power cycling it.
This is useful when you want MECHA to reboot (say, to enable Wi-Fi, or
change the AP-STA mode), without disengaging the motors. Thus, the
camera will not move due to gravity or other causes.
21< → TOGGLE PAUSE MODE
Switches MECHA to or off pause mode, the same as clicking the [PAUSE]
button on UI, or
:
on IR Remote.
23< → DISable-Enable MOTOR 1
Disables/Enables the motor 1.
2313< → DISable-Enable MOTOR 2
Disables/Enables the motor 2.
2312< → DISable-Enable MOTOR 1&2
Disables/Enables both motors.
UI [Reboot] command will be ignored if the motors are disabled.
While the motors are disabled, the power icon blinks in UI, and C2’s display
shows 1 DS, 2 DS instead of 1 R, 2 R (where R are the rotators used).
Also, while one motor is disabled, if you press the directional buttons
corresponding to the second motor, the second will also be disabled.
When enabling the motors, regardless of which motor you enable, both will
be enabled.
Disabling the motors is useful to prevent MECHA from turning on by accident
in some cases, for kids protection, or to simulate the functioning of MECHA
