Panorama with automa!c shoo!ng pa"ern using

only the MECHA’s bu"ons

Panorama with automa!c shoo!ng pa"ern for Single Axis

This method requires %rmware version 02118, or newer, and works for

rec!linear lens from 10 to 200 mm *FF equiv+.

The shoo!ng pa"ern will be computed by MECHA based only on few

presses of a bu"on without using the User Interface, as follows:

• First, posi!on the ver!cal rail

on LEVEL posi!on.

• Place a sheet of paper in front

of MECHA in such way to %ll

the frame. The frame can be

viewed through view%nder or

through the live view. Instead

of the sheet of paper, any well

de%ned feature or image on

screen, or other means, can

be used. A gray sheet of paper

will work best for exposure

purposes as well.

• The camera and lens must be

set the same as for shoo!ng

the actual panorama.

• Enter the code

MECHA, and when the power bu"on starts )ashing, MECHA waits for

two quick presses of the power bu"on, ⏻, as follows:

& $rst - in order to trigger the camera

? and the second - a'er the camera was triggered

• A'er that, MECHA will rotate slowly to the right and waits for another

press of the power bu"on, ⏻, right a'er the sheet of paper is out of the

camera(s frame.

• Then MECHA will go back to the ini!al posi!on, and
