Does not turn on.
1. AC adapter is not securely connected
2. Low battery
3. Indicator is damaged
1. Re-plug the AC adapter or rotate the plug
to securely connect to the scale
2. Replace the batteries
3. Replace with a new indicator and perform
calibration
