Q: The device cannot be previewed properly?
A: Check whet her the network is normal, you can place t he camera close
to the router, and if no t, it is recommended t o reset the d evice and add
it again.
Q: Why is it still in t he list of d evices after reseting?
A: The reset device o nly resets t he network configuration of the cam era,
b ut cannot change the co nfig urat ion on t he Ap p, rem o ve t he camera,
and m ust be d elet ed b y the App.
Q: How t o cut t he camera network to ano ther ro ut er?
A: First remove and reset t he device on the App and then co nfig ure the
device again by t he Ap p.
Q: Why d oesn't the d evice identify the SD card ?
A: It is recommended to plug in SD card aft er power cut. Confirm whet her
the SD card is normally available and t he format is FAT32. And t he TF
card can’t b e id ent ified when the Internet environment is not go od.
Q: Why I can’t get the notificatio ns with m y cell pho ne Ap p?
A: Please confirm that t he Ap p has been running on the p hone, and the
relevant rem inder function has been opened;M essage not ificat ion and
aut horit y confirm at ion in t he mob ile p hone system have been opened .
