8.3 EMI Suppression Arrangement
8.4 Warranty
◎When RCP-2000 units are operating in high ambient temperature or at a low AC input voltage, these units will de-rate their output
current aut omatic ally to prote ct them selve s, as Figure 8-2 sh ows.
◎EMI radiation test is greatly affected by wiri ng. Att aching an EMI suppresso r (ferrite cor e) to the AC cable as close as po ssible
◎When using a RJ- 45 cab le as y our int erface cable , it might be needed to att ach an EMI s uppressor (ferrite core) to the ca ble as
close as possible to the Ether net con nector (JK1) to red uce E MI radiation interference. There are TDK ZCAT203 2-093 0, NEC
ESD-SR-1 60, an d EROCORE FH 28 9 16 available for that purpos e.× ×
to th e AC in let to reduce the noise is recom mended. Th ere are sugg ested compo nents for reducing EMI radiation interference
including TDK HF70RU 26*29 *13S, NEC ESD-SR-250H , and EROC ORE FH29.7*13*2 5.9.
