HiTest Notes for Lotus Domino Windows NT Prioris MX
Foundation Software
The following problems were identified:
Windows NT and Service Pack 3 Installation
Problem
After Windows NT 4.0 and Windows NT Service Pack 3 are installed, the system
fails to boot and returns the following error message:
Unable to find NTOSKRNL.EXE
Impact
The system will not boot.
Solution
This was an unreproducible error which was possibly due to human error.
If this problem occurs, you can resolve it by doing the following:
1. Reinstall Windows NT 4.0 as described in the Windows NT Server
Installation section of Chapter 4.
2. Reinstall Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3 as described in the Service Pack
Installation section of Chapter 4.
3. On exiting the Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3 install program, save all
system settings. (You will be prompted to save or abandon the system
settings.)
4. Boot the Prioris MX 6200 system.

No problems were encountered.
