Special Configuration Rules
The special configuration rules for the Lotus Domino Windows NT Prioris MX HiTest Suite
include:
•
HiTest Memory Limits
– When configuring the Prioris MX 6200, it is possible to order
more or less memory than is supported by this DIGITAL HiTest Template. To comply
with this DIGITAL HiTest Template, keep the total installed between 64 MB and 320
MB.
•
UltraSCSI Cable Connection
– When RAID is used in this HiTest Suite, the UltraSCSI
cable is connected to the Mylex PCI One-channel RAID adapter as shown in Figure 3-1.
When RAID is
not
used in this HiTest Suite, the UltraSCSI cable should be switched to
the D connector on the motherboard. This allows the Prioris system running JBOD
storage to use the Integral SCSI Controller.
