AIR is covered against defects in materials and
workmanship for 90 days from the date you receive your order. If our
examination determines that the unit failed to work due to parts, materials or
workmanship, we will repair or replace it for free. Thiswarrantydoesnotcover
malfunctionsduetounusualwearandtearormistreatmentoftheHearingAid,
suchasphysicalshock,damagefrommoistureorsweat,excessivewaxbuild-
up,ortamperingwiththeinstrument,allofwhichvoidthewarranty.

Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, repair costs,
and instructions.
