2.3 MDS System Piping Connection

MDS system provides multiple indoor unit installation through refnet and distributor connection. However, there

are some limitations where installer should take note. Refer to the figures below, after the installation of

distributor, the piping should directly connect to indoor unit and cannot be connected to other refnet or distributor.

This is to prevent uneven refrigerant flow through the system and causing the system to become unbalance and

affecting its performance. Do take note on the allowable tilting angle and orientation as well.
