Using Logs
Hardware Log
The hardware log displays information field replaceable units (FRUs)
inserted and removed from the switch.

Each log entry includes the following:
•Date/Time
Date and time of the insertion or removal of the FRU.
•FRU
The name of the inserted or removed FRU.
• Position
Slot position in the chassis relative to identical components
installed.
•Action
Inserted or removed.
• Part Number
Part number of the component.
•Serial Number
Serial number of the component.
PWR Power supply/fan module
SFP SFP transceiver.
CTP CTP card. Note: The CTP is not a FRU.
