config.port.fan
Syntax fan portNumber fanState
Purpose This command sets the Fabric Address Notification (FAN) state for a
port (Sphereon 4300 and Sphereon 4500 switches only). This
configuration can be applied to any port regardless of its current
configuration. The FAN value is applied at the time the port is
configured and operated in a loop.
Parameters This command has two required parameters:

Root> config port fan 4 1
config.port.name
Syntax name portNumber portName
Purpose This command sets the name for a port.
portNumber Specifies the port number. Valid values are:
0–11 for the Sphereon 4300
0–15 for the Sphereon 4400
0–23 for the Sphereon 4500
0–31 for the Sphereon 3232
0–31 for the Sphereon 4700
fanState Specifies the FAN state for the port. Valid values are
true and false. Boolean 1 and 0 may be substituted as
values.
