perf
Purpose This command displays port link counters for a single port.
Parameters This command has one parameter:
Command Example
Root> perf link 2
Output The port link counter data is displayed as a table that includes the
following statistics:
portNumber Specifies the port number. Valid values are:
0–11 for the Sphereon 4300
0–15 for the Sphereon 3016 and 3216
0–15 for the Sphereon 4400
0–23 for the Sphereon 4500
0–31 for the Sphereon 3032 and 3232
0–31 for the Sphereon 4700
0–63 for the Intrepid 6064
0–127 and 132–143 for the Intrepid 6140
Port The port number.
OLS In The number of offline sequences initiated by the
attached N_Port.
OLS Out The number of offline sequences initiated by this
switch or director port.
Reset In The number of link resets initiated by the attached
N_Port.
Reset Out The number of link resets initiated by this switch or
director.
LIPS In The number of Loop Initialization Primitives (LIPs)
detected on this switch loop port.
LIPS Out The number of LIPs generated on this switch loop
port.
Link Flrs The number of times the port has detected a link
error resulting from an invalid link state transition or
timeout.
